If someone claims to be an arborist and if he or she comes highly certified with a bachelor's degree in arboriculture, horticulture or environmental conservation; they will be in a good position to offer various professional guidance on tree planation and proper         tree-care, with some of them even performing the duties of a tree surgeon as previously stated.
